It was easy to make, but our bowl did overflow when we made it in the microwave. Definitely need to use a big bowl!

Low calorie snacks are always welcome, and this tastes great with fresh or frozen berries.

My family could not get enough of the custard. They asked for seconds! I served it as a dessert with some fresh mixed berries. It was so quick and easy to make too.
+ PROS: Super easy to make Can be stored in the pantry and used as a last minute dessert,
- CONS:Followed directions (timing) but custard overflowed in the microwave.
