Made using Barilla’s patented ‘Lavorazione Grezza’ bronze die production method, with added micro engravings in the die, to create a rougher surface texture than any other bronze die pastas on the market.

Really nice pasta, kept its shape well and held the sauce.

Great texture and flavour vessel for the Barilla Vegan Pesto
I added chicken, diced bacon & cashews for extra oompf.
Left overs were taken to school for lunch.

Tasty, works really well with the pesto sauce!

Perfectly paired with pesto or any sauce, the ridges of this pasta shape make for a delicious meal as it soaks up the sauce in all the grooves. Only criticism is that the size once cooked can be a little bit too big, especially for little ones to eat in one mouthful. Cooks quickly and tastes delicious !
Pasta lover –
Really loved this pasta. Excellent texture and it really did ‘grip’ the sauce better.

Great product, the texture and feel of the pasta is superior to cheaper brands. It held the sauce really well.

I had never heard of bronze cut pasta before, so maybe a mention of its benefits on the packaging would help. I noticed the difference in quality compared to ‘regular’ pasta, as the sauce held better. However, I’m not quite sure if I would pay more for it.

Tasty pasta

Excellent pasta. It does what it’s designed to do and you can’t fault the quality of the pasta. I also appreciate the red colour of the packaging to distinguish it from the regular pasta.

I did like this pasta and it did seem to hold the sauce a lot better than traditional pasta’s. I sometimes find the normal ones a bit slimy and gluey, but this one was not like that at all. I like the fact it was in a cardboard box which you can recycle and there was no plastic which was great. It was very expensive thought and also at 400g when all recipes ask for 500g I found that a bit annoying. Overall it tasted good, but too expensive and too small a weight.

Holds sauce well, has a good texture and doesn’t fall apart. Barilla you have done it again, definitely worth the spent compared to no frills brands.
