My cat has a sensitive stomach but haven’t noticed any problems with these. I only give him three at a time though. He eats them quickly and doesn’t play with them.

Good treat to entertain the cat. The design of the treat allows it to be rolled around so they cat can play with it before eating. Nice alternative to wet cat treats which can get gobbled up quickly.
