Overall no flavour and very light mouthful

I’ve tried a few LCM bars in the past where i have bought them for the kids as a treat. I tried this one and found it to be quite tasteless compared to the original LCM bars. The chocolate doesn’t tasted very chocolatey (would much prefer actual chocolate) and the strawberry drops on it didn’t taste like anything at all, let alone tasting like strawberry.

Great ideas but still lots of sugar

My child like this as a snack, it was small and individual wrapped which is handy.

I was worried at first about how a lower sugar LCM would taste. It’s actually better than the original, as original LCMs are sickeningly sweet.
I wonder, however, if sugar content could be lowered further, and the sweetness retained, by using a natural sugar replacement like stevia.

Kids liked it as an afterschool snack. Would consider purchasing as an occasional treat.

Sticky hands

Kids liked it but probably would prefer to have a chocolate instead considering the sugar content.

A bit dry, but the chocolate is tasty 🙂

Bit dry, and you can definitely taste the 25% less sugar which is great as the original ones are very sugar. But they just very flavorsome

Kids were really not a fan of these at all. They (3 of them!) did not finish 1 bar.

My daughter(7) initially didn’t want any more after the first bite…. she then came back and ate most of it. For a kid who doesn’t eat many sweet things she likes it.

Happy child, not happy parents
