There are other better tasting and more natural soy sauces on the market. This one contains flavour enhancers 621 and 637

Delicious! The best soy sauce I have tried so far. I use soy sauce in a lot of my cooking but for some reason have not tried this one before. It has a nice flavour that’s not overpowering and the perfect amount of saltiness. Great in cooking and even splashed on plain white rice. I gave it only 3 stars because with further research I found it contains flavour enhancers that are usually derived from animals.
