Love the idea of a herbal toothpaste, teeth felt really clean after brushing however, mint taste wasn’t strong enough and didn’t feel as though my breath was fresh.

As a former Senior Dental Nurse, I always overlook Herbal Toothpaste as don’t feel guaranteed it will help with prevention and always kept with Colgate. The mild Mint was surely mild in smell and taste and honestly, I prefer a stronger mint flavour.
At first, when brushing, it was tasting amazing but by the time I finished brushing the top, the flavour started to die down so by the time the 2minutes of brushing (Yes 2mins as its recommended brushing times), I have been left with a bland awful taste. It sure hasn’t left me with fresh breath. Probably if I put twice the blob size on, may be a difference but not meant to do more then a pea size blob. Its not abrasive, did leave my teeth feeling clean but overall, not really happy with the product.

I was pleasantly surprised at the Red Seal Complete Care Herbal and Mineral Toothpaste. I normally use more well known brands because thats just what I have always used, so I was not sure what to expect with this toothpaste being herbal but it was quite good. The texture was more like a gel and the flavour (Mild Mint) was exactly that – it did not burn my mouth with overpowering mint like others I have used. There was a slight herbal flavour to it but nothing major. This one is also good for the whole family which is nice and easy as we often buy a different toothpaste for the kids.

Absolutely loved this toothpaste, left my teeth & mouth feeling refreshed & clean. Mild minty flavour was great compared to the usual strong burning taste & feel of regular toothpastes. Will definitely be buying this again.
