These were too wide for my shoes. I usually wear a different type of insert in my shoes, which you can cut to size not just for length but also for width. These ones, you can’t properly change the width of them because of the support within the insert. Wouldn’t bother buying them in the future.

I put these into an old pair of Vans that I have avoided wearing due to the hardness when walking. I spent all that night on my feet at a gig and I had none of the usual pain I used to feel before when wearing these shoes. Highly recommend
