Yum – perfect for winter and good snack for in between meals. I use it as a base to add other veg and protein to make it more hearty and substantial.

It’s a 11 degree day in Melbourne and this was the perfect warmth hit. It’s like Thailand in a cup, beautifully spiced and wonderfully warming. Really nice flavours and very easy to make when in a rush at work.
