Was keen to try out this Al Bronzo Linguine after reading about the special raw bronze processing that traces a fine pattern of micro-engravings on to the pasta so the sauce can adhere to it better.
Sure enough when I opened the box, the linguine had a rough surface texture to them and they were also shaped oblong rather than flat.
Cooked as per the instructions on the box for 11 minutes.
In my opinion they could have been cooked for another minute or so longer and were al dente. However I still thought lightly enjoyed them.
They had a nice texture to them and they did capture the sauce well.
Highly recommend this pasta.

A delicious pasta. Cooking was longer than other pastas, but didn’t stick to saucepan, or clump together. Holds together well with pasta sauce. A surprising change from our normal choice of pasta.
