Barilla Amatriciana Pasta Sauce with Pancetta

Packed full of ingredients, flavour and texture. Smells great, tastes better.

It was nice and thick and not too runny and was a good sized jar with the right quantity for my needs but I didn’t like this sauce. The flavour was way too subtle. I added it to mince so it may have been better just on it’s own, and used a different pasta as a change from the Barilla spaghetti, but neither of those things should have mattered. (Made a bolognaise with a different Barilla sauce and it was very tasty.)
None of the ingredients stood out and I didn’t like the overall taste. Too bland. I wouldn’t purchase this flavour again.

Packed full of flavour and easy to use. Would use as a pasta stir through sauce again or as a base to a meal like spaghetti bowl, lasagne dish etc
