Loved the ease of use and quick cooking time. The strands didn’t clump together during and after cooking and they had a great texture and taste. Plenty for several meals so lasts a while. May be a little dearer but seems to be of a high quality and possibly worth the extra price if the cheaper ones don’t offer the same results.

This pasta was a special treat to have as we are used to eating supermarket brand pasta. I noticed that it looked richer in colour, cooked well and didn’t become as mushy or stick together like other pasta. Great taste, held the sauce well and great texture. Made in Italy is always a positive.
