Pesto is a staple in my refrigerator, it can enhance flavour for simple, quick and healthy meals. This pesto compares favourably to my usual brand in both flavour and price. I put together a lentil and mushroom dish which tasted amazing. Will have it on a pasta tonight with a bit of onlon, garlic and chili.
