I don’t have a cat but gave it to a friend who does, they indeed have a ‘fussy cat’ and they said while their cat ate it they didn’t seem to love it or eat it quickly.

Typical cat, sniffed, walked away. Whinged. Came back an hour later and chowed down on it. It smelt like typical wet cat food. I can’t tell you about taste as the cat does not verbalize. Pouch was easy enough to open and empty out contents.
