I am not one to usually select something that is plant based but this wasn’t too bad in flavour and the chick peas just melted in your mouth.
I don’t think it had enough flavour to eat on it’s own so I teamed it up with the coconut rice sample I also received and my daughter and I had a light snack in the afternoon. It was actually a really nice balance.
Glad I was given the opportunity to sample this as it wouldn’t have been something that I would selected myself if I had seen it on the shelves. Great that it is also a really good source of fibre.

I actually really like it. When I realised it had chickpeas chunks I was a little deterred if I’d like it but the chickpeas are a really pleasant addition. The taste is great, I like the overall thick consistency and the hint of chilli is not overwhelming, just a pleasant warmth on the tongue

I love the taste of this soup. So good for those cold Winter nights. I love that it has 15g of protein. For someone like me who doesn’t eat much protein this is really helpful. Husband loves the idea of taking extra protein too!
