I love Dahl, this was tasty, the ginger and turmeric amped up the flavour a little but not too much for Australian palates. Taken to work with some cooked rice and flatbread, it would make a quick, filling lunch.
+ PROS: Great for a cheap, quick, nutritious and filling lunch. It would be convenient if you've run out of Indian spices.
- CONS: This Dahl has a much less full bodied flavour than home cooked.
