Macro have done all in their power to destroy organic milk. Firstly, the milk is homogenised, so all the benefits of the fat are destroyed. Secondly, it is pasteurised, so all the good bacteria and enzymes are destroyed and left floating in the milk as toxins. Thirdly, they can’t even state on the carton if the milk is from grass fed cows. Milk from grain fed cows is high in Omega 6 and very low in Omega 3 causing inflammation. The only good thing about the milk is no added chemicals.
+ PROS: No chemicals
- CONS:Pasteurised Homogonised Not grass fed

Was very excited to see this in the Woolworths milk fridge and bought 2 x cartons as the price was cheaper than the normal 2 litre I buy. I noticed the very long used by date because after drinking the milk I needed to check if it was in date as I had a very funky taste. Strange after taste somewhat like goats milk, very hard to describe. For me this is an unpleasant taste even my stove top coffee couldn’t counter. We used both carton to be fair and not waste it however unanimously we votes they were the last cartons to enter our fridge.
+ PROS: Creamy Long life and good price for an organic product
