Lovely flavour and good quality stock.

Stock had a strong smell and was vey rich. Was not my favourite stock. We made risotto and the while it came out good, there was a stronger state to the rice.

The stock settled in the bottom of the bag, other than that it was easy to tear off and pour into the pan, the smell was strong but I think that shows the quality of real ingredients

I didn’t try this but family members did. They said they really liked it and will buy it in the future. It’s a good size and it’s great it’s Australia. Made with mostly Australian ingredients. I’m looking forward to trying the vegetable one.
