A big hit with my kids. They absolutely loved this schnitzel coating. I just roasted them in the oven which worked well.

Pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure how this would turn out in the airfryer as I had never done this before. I came out well and e eryone enjoyed the chicken tenders we did. Even tried it as a parma and it came out well.
