Honestly I didnt really like this. Maybe I do not like the spices inside. I think was the cumin flavour was too strong for me.

Rich in flavor, good selection of vegetables. To be honest I would prefer this soup in summer adding some garlic and red onion to be close to a gaspacho. To be a winter soup it lack in earthly flavor.

This was nice. I like to add to a cup of freshly cooked pasta or rice to make it more of a meal than a snack. Also.. don’t forget your soldier toast on the side.
