In just 20 minutes, you can create an authentic style curry in 3 simple steps.
1. Coat the chicken with the spices, and fry until sealed.
2. Add the spice paste and sizzle to release the flavour.
3. Stir in the sauce and simmer until cooked.

Cooked this up with some diced chicken thigh and it turned out nice, except I found it had a slight vinegar-like taste (so perhaps it could have been a little sweeter). I did still enjoy the overall flavour and aroma of it, and my husband also really enjoyed it. I liked the ease of following the 1-2-3 instructions when cooking.
