In just 20 minutes, you can create an authentic style curry in 3 simple steps.
1. Coat the chicken with the spices, and fry until sealed.
2. Add the spice paste and sizzle to release the flavour.
3. Stir in the sauce and simmer until cooked.

I normally make my own butter chicken, but this was super convenient & easier for a weeknight meal. I enjoyed the level of spice but even the mild was a little too much for the kids. Could have been creamier but overall I enjoyed the meal.

I think I burnt the spices (or something else) because it tasted horrible to me. Obviously, the fault was probably my own, but that’s what I’m basing this review on as I’d never had it before. I’d made better curries before. I added pumpkin for a vegetarian spin, but it wasn’t good. I added later added cream to try and make the taste more pleasant but that also didn’t work. I wouldn’t purchase again.
