Red Seal Fresh Mint Baking Soda Toothpaste features a freshening formula naturally certified to NATRUE standards, to reveal a glowing smile whilst removing plaque to support oral hygiene.
Not a fan of the flavour – very odd for ‘mint’. I liked the grainy texture as it felt like the paste was actually cleaning my teeth. Teeth felt smooth and fresh. Didn’t have the weird aftertaste that I have experienced with other brands of bicarb toothpaste. If the ‘mint’ flavour was improved, I would buy this toothpaste again.
+ PROS: Cleans well. No weird bicarb aftertaste. Gentle enough on sensitive teeth.
- CONS:Awful mint flavour.

Paste looks thick and creamy but when brushing the consistency is like vasoline and it smells like Vicks vaporub. My teeth didn’t feel as clean as my usual toothpaste. And where’s the fluoride?
- CONS:Not a fan of the taste No fluoride

For me personally, (Female, 50) I loved how clean my teeth felt. Ive never used this before and hadnt seen it on shelf either, Ive now switched. The taste is strong, the texture a littlre weird and grainy, but my choppers love it, they are clean and bright. The younger members of the family didnt not like it at all unfortunately (ironically for the the same reasons that I love it). Amazing how different we are!
+ PROS: Natural. Clean and fresh after feeling. Not overly pricey. Leaves lasting fresh taste.
- CONS:On the botton shelf of the supermarket. Can be pricey for low budget households. Strong taste not for everyone. Might be found to be grainy in texture.

I was not a fan of this product, I found that the taste and texture seemed off and I did not enjoy using it. Once you get over the initial strange texture, it is not as bad but I wouldn’t choose this option over a normal toothpaste. I like that it is all natural but I don’t think this outweighs my discomfort so would not choose it myself
+ PROS: All natural Whitening
- CONS:Weird texture Not the best taste

The flavour was okay and I didn’t mind it, however I do prefer to use toothpaste that contains fluoride because it’s recommended by dentists and I do think it’s better for your teeth. The toothpaste didn’t foam up too much which I didn’t mind.
+ PROS: Taste was ok
- CONS:No fluoride

The mint oils burned my mouth. Having no fluoride makes this a useless product, why not use just water or soap?
+ PROS: None
- CONS:Unpleasant high mint oil contents, which burns your mouth. No Fluoride a waste of money.

First time ever trying a baking soda based toothpaste. It was a little more gritty, loved the mint flavour. But once finished brushing, I still felt like my teeth wasn’t cleaned properly and the mint taste fast disappeared. My breath didn’t smell great not long later compared do normal fluoride toothpaste. I have only used this a few times but happy to continue but only concern is, baking soda can be very abrasive and can wear away enamel if not used correctly.
+ PROS: Fluoride Free. Herbal & mineral based.
- CONS:Abrasive. Mint flavour doesn't last long. Price
