Red Seal Fresh Mint Baking Soda Toothpaste features a freshening formula naturally certified to NATRUE standards, to reveal a glowing smile whilst removing plaque to support oral hygiene.
I loved the taste and the fact that it’s suitable for vegans, but didn’t love the lack of fluoride. For this reason I wouldn’t buy it.

This brand has always been popular back in my home country New Zealand. Not quite as much here in Australia . I like the paste it always feels like it cleans well. I think the flavour needs to be increased to counteract the texture
+ PROS: Cleans well
- CONS:No flouride

I didn’t like the texture of this toothpaste. The taste was fine, however I would stick to other Red Seal toothpastes before reaching for this one again.

I like this product. Felt like it cleaned my teeth well and left my breath minty and fresh.
+ PROS: Good taste Good for you
- CONS:You use more because the texture is not as thick as usual toothpaste. Has to learn to not squeeze the tube as hard

Yuk. I haven’t found any of these “alternative” toothpastes to taste ok. The texture and after taste is yucky.

Not really my cup of tea. Texture was off for me with the residue it left in my mouth, flavour was a little odd but my teeth felt clean.
+ PROS: Cleans teeth well More natural then other toothpastes
- CONS:More expensive Leaves residue texture after use Odd flavour profile

I am in two minds with this product. I didn’t enjoy the ‘mint’ flavour and it seemed a little salty. It did a have a smooth texture which was a nice change from other ‘gritty’ baking soda toothpastes. It leaves your mouth feeling fresh for hours but also leaves a weird ‘creamy’ feeling in the mouth. I probably wouldn’t swap this fit my usual toothpaste
+ PROS: Leaves breath fresh for hours Smooth texture
- CONS:Weird 'minty' taste Weird 'creamy' feeling in mouth afterwards
