After bariatric surgery, finding nutrient-dense foods is key, and Plantwell’s soy milk has been a game-changer. With its high protein and calcium content, it supports both bone density and muscle maintenance, which are important after surgery. The added prebiotic fibres are a bonus for gut health, with proven benefits in just a week. It’s creamy and versatile, great for cereals, smoothies, or even a warming latte – an easy and tasty way to support recovery and overall health.

Tastes amazing . Thicker than usual soy products which gives a creamier feel

This milk was so thick and never went thin. it was so bad and curdled in the coffee and had a weird smell. Not sure if a bad batch but the smell and thickness was off putting.

I really liked the flavour, it didn’t split in my coffee and tasted quite creamy. I usually buy another brand but will add this in as another option. I’d wait for it to go on special as it is fairly expensive.

I really enjoyed the flavour, it didn’t split in my coffee and tasted quite creamy. I usually buy lactose free milk and would definitely add this in as another option. I’d wait for it to go on special as it is fairly expensive.

Very tasty, almost had a chocolate flavour to it even though it was plain soy.

I generally don’t buy non dairy milk but this was not bad

Great option as an alternative milk – particularly if you like soy milk

A good option for people who avoid dairy

This milk was difficult and had a weird smell. You had to shake it more than a normal alternative milk for it so come out thicker for a moment then it turns very thin again. Not sure if a bad batch but the smell was off putting. Tasted like regular soy milk. Also pricey for what it is.
