Stoneleigh Wild Valley Marlborough Pinot Noir
Last updated on November 5, 2024 1:12 pm
The ultimate expression of Stoneleigh’s ‘hands-off’ winemaking philosophy, this wine is 100% wild fermented by micro-flora that occur naturally in the vineyard. The result is a well-rounded, textural wine with rich, complex flavours.
Stoneleigh Wild Valley Marlborough Pinot Noir is a vibrant wine with rich red-berry aromas. The palate is bursting with flavours of strawberry, raspberry, boysenberry and dark cherry, all complemented by subtle savoury and toasty notes. Layers of texture and rich flavours give this wine a voluminous mouth-feel.

Initial taste was foul and not worth drinking. It was a strange taste, very flat and no warmth or nice clean berry notes. A dissapointment.
