This is not real rice. It break into small crumbs after cooking. Like clumps sticking together. Not suitable for fried rice either.

The best Jasmine Rice in the market with adorable price. Just the right amount of ‘sticky’ and a beautiful fragrance. Lovely with a few oven roasted vegetables and the meat or fish of your choice.
+ PROS: Aroma Price Sticky
- CONS:Non

The worst rice I’ve ever had, several dead insects have been spotted in the rice. It tastes so bad, at least to me as an east Asian. I normally don’t like wasting food but I had to throw it away. I couldn’t find anything I like about this product.
+ PROS: Absolutely none, except little price advantage
- CONS:Poor shape, poor texture, poor taste, have insects in the rice, nothing like the description on the label.

Rice is a staple in my house and this one is the best I have cooked and eaten. Fluffy and moist, plus cheaper than competitors. Highly recommend

Yes same for me. It was half price and the packet is so similar to Sunrice I thought it was just an new style packet. Again same result in the rice cooker not the lovely big grains of Sunrice Calrose rice, but shorter and yes dry and hard when cooked. Sunrice Calrose rice cooks better, tastes better, goes with different foods better as this crap rice does not even soak up the juices of foods like Sunrice does – not happy!!! It reminded my of rice I had bought before from India, and yes just checked the packet it is a product of India, and it is like a hybrid of short and long grain rice, but again is not nice and juicy when cooked, but hard and dry!!!! 🙁
+ PROS: Nothing as tricked by packet.
- CONS:As I have written above.

Agree with all the reviews above. I also thought this was a 5kg bag of Sunrice (very similar branding and it was right next to the other sunrice bags). I also brought it on sale and thought it was my rice cooker. It stays hard and basically inedible. What to do with the remaining rice….
+ PROS: It was on sale, but unfortunately still a waste of money as you can't eat it.
- CONS:- Deceiving branding similar to Sunrice - After cooking in a rice cooker, its still hard and inedible.

The worst rice ever. Totally agree that it’s very misleading next to Sunrice brand. We actually bought another rice cooker thinking that it was the problem to half cooked tasting rice until we bought a new rice cooker and my husband realised that I wasn’t buying the Sunrice brand. We bought a bag of Sunrice brand today and cooked in both rice cookers we have and they came out perfectly unlike the Sungrow brand. Makes me wonder whether what you see on line with rice being made out of plastic true because that is what Sungrow tastes like when cooked. Needs to be taken of supermarket shelves it’s that bad!!!
+ PROS: No pros all cons!!!!!

This rice cooks very differently to Australian grown sun rice. This rice needs twice the amount of water and even then remains hard. We won’t buy this again. It was on sale but I thought it would be the same. Nope
