Was a little nervous that this instant soup would be too spicy for me. So I happily made it for my partner to enjoy. Very simple to prepare by just adding 250ml boiling water to the powder in a mug.
Flavoursome, pleasant flavour, could taste the kefir lime leaves. Was very mild in spice level even though it did contain chilli.
He would have liked more noodles in the pack but realised that there js only so much that they can fit in with the powder.

My boys loved it, they said it was creamy, noodles had good texture, they didnt need to add any salt like you have to with some.
Easy to prepare and the mixture didn’t stick to the bottom of the cup
