It’s ok if you can’t have dairy. My Son is lactose intolerant. He didn’t mind the oak milk but preferred it with flavour in it.

I use oat milk everyday on my porridge. This one has the added benefit of a prebiotic which is great. I buy this every week as i get a lot of tummy problems with any other milk. I have tried soy, coconut, almond and cows and oat is the only one i digest well.
+ PROS: Prebiotics. Great for digestion. Able to store in my pantry till i open it. Doesn't go off. Has a long shelf life.
