Really great noodles to have in a stir fry, I prefer these over the thinner style noodles. I put these in a stir fry with a ready made sauce, they are a bit hard to separate and some broke but still super yum. Would buy again

Really loved these! Made a stir fry with the honey soy chicken sauce and it was delicious!
I soaked the noodles for about 5 minutes per package directions but did still find they did not want to separate easily and most of them broke into short pieces, did not affect taste though
