These noodles were fantastic – unsure why we didn’t try them before but glad we did. It was easy to use and didn’t fall apart like some other brands do

Great bouncy texture, tastes fresh. Good price point. Cooks in 2 minutes! Really easy to add to a stir-fry. Love that you don’t have to precook and rinse like with some other types of noodles.

Loved these noodles! The packet was recommended for stir fry, but I decided to do a noodle soup given it was a windy day, wanted some comfort food. Placed the noodles directly into a boiling vietnamese pho broth with some beef slices and bean sprout. Topped it off with some basil mint. It was delicious. The noodles held its shape and were slurp-able. It reminded me of “ban mian” a type of hand-made noodle. Will definitely stock up in the pantry and try the stiry fry next round.
