I teamed the Wokka Flat Wide Noodles with a regular family favourite stir fry that we usually consume with egg noodles. Oh wow! What an enhancement! As my 12 Year old stated, “These noodles make dinner fun!” her critique also included the observation that the noodles “…held onto the sauce & had more flavour” in the meal.
A definite success story that will be purchased in the future in this household.
The convenience of simply adding the noodles to hot water for preparation was greatly appreciated as it greatly assisted in speeding up the meal preparation process and proved valuable on a busy weeknight.
Knowing it was also a source of protein also gave peace of mind to me as a mother of 2 picky eaters. Not only was dinner fun, but it was also a source of protein and nutrition.
