Noodle were delicious in my stir fry, great texture and soaked up the sauce nicely. However they did break apart during the soaking. I was very careful and followed the directions.

These noodles were top quality. The taste was great and cooked to an Al dente texture. Prep time was also very quick. It became my new favourite noodle.

I soaked the noodles in warm water for five minutes as per directions but the noodles were breaking apart in pieces even when I was delicately separating it from each other. Noodles were bouncy though and held onto the sauce well.
