I have used this product for years and when I recently had to buy more I found the bottle had changed from blue to white. It is obviously not just the bottle that has changed!! I suffer from allergic contact dermatitis and have been in agony for the last 10 days with a rash from wrists to neck to ankles. WHY do you have to stuff with things that were perfect as they were? You have lost a customer and I now have to go on the hunt again for something I can safely use 🤬

Softly laudry wash was perfect for delicate fabrics that needed hand washing, gently cleaning and leaving a lovely soft, clean fragrance. That is until they changed the formula, now it smells of-nothing. Now when I was my woolens, I get that wool smell. Very disappointing.
