Oat milk. The prebiotic I believe did wonders in my gut and gral health.
Would say is a bit expensive.

I think it’s the best oat milk on the market as far as healthy contents goes. Great texture and flavour. I have tried every other oat milk on the Australian market and this is still the winner the only complaint is it’s too expensive. I use a 1 litre carton a day and buy it by the box, so I only buy it when it’s on special and use lesser quality oat milks in between. If it were a more reasonable price point it would be the only oat milk I would use. I would be giving five stars if price point was good.
