Ingredients
- 4 steaks
- 3 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 pieces of bacon, finely chopped
- 1 sachet Gravox Pepper Steak Finishing Sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon fresh chives, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon cream
Cooking Method
Cook the steaks according to your preference. You can panfry it on the stove or grill it over the BBQ. Set aside.
Heat oil in a small sauce pan and lightly sauté bacon.
In a bowl, mix Gravox Pepper Steak sauce with milk and chives until combined.
Add the mixture to the small pan and bring to a boil, stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
Reduce heat and simmer the sauce for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the sauce pan from the heat and add in cream. Mix until combined.
Serve over cooked steaks with a side of your favourite vegetables.
