This simple Cantonese-style beef stir fry is super easy to make and packs a punch of flavour!

Ingredients
- 200g beef fillet (cut into strips)
- 150g onion (sliced)
- 200g green capsicum (sliced)
- 1 packet Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Cantonese Beef
Cooking Method

Stir-fry beef in 2 tbsp oil until almost cooked.

Add onions and green capsicums. Stir-fry over high heat.

Add 1 packet Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Cantonese Beef. Heat through and serve with rice or noodles.
Cook’s notes:
No beef or capsicums in the fridge? Swap with chicken, pork, lamb, calamari or shrimps and toss with leftover greens!
