Was surprised by these as expected the usual crumbly texture you get with gluten free baked goods but it was crispy and tasty.

I loved the shape and texture of the cookie to eat it with my tea but was a bit too sweet for me .my kid loved it though and ate them all .

This was tasty and quite substantial for a cookie. I loved the little pops of dried cranberry throughout the cookie. Perfect to bring to work or school for morning tea.
