This was not fit me. I prefer Parmesan in my pesto and I usually make it from scratch

Vegan products always cop flack for not quite hitting the mark but this is pretty good! Will be repurchasing this to keep in the cupboard for my friend when she visits 🙂

I think I prefer this one to the chilli version and was a bit sceptic about it being vegan but it was tasty

I usually buy the Barilla Basil and Rocket Pesto and was surprised to find that the Vegan variety was almost as good as the Basil one. It has a very similar taste and texture, but there is something slightly different that means I can’t give it the full 5 stars. I can’t put my finger on what is different, but I just prefer the Basil and Rocket one better.
If the Basil and Rocket was unavailable, then I would buy the Vegan as a substitute.

Made the same pasta dish for my family but they preferred the chilli version which had more flavour
