Appreciation of flavour is very subjective to personal tastes.
Apart from the 6 claimed serves of veg, the amount of fibres acceptable, this otherwise is totally unhealthy ‘good carbs’ are 20g of sugar out of 26g and sodium is 535 mg per serve when Aust’n Health body recommends 120 mg per serve.
Just marketing to sell whatever at high price tag!!!

+ PROS: 6 claimed serves of veg. if true amount of fibres acceptable
    - CONS: 'good carbs' are 20g of sugar out of 26g sodium is 535 mg per serve when Aust'n Health body recommends 120 mg per serve

Having already tried the pea and spinach version and not being impressed, I really wanted to like this soup as I like how everything on the label indicates it’s healthy. I love tomatoes and love basil and know the two go together so well. Unfortunately, not so with this. Initially I thought I could taste plastic and that the soup had absorbed this from the container, but it was actually the basil. I can eat basil pesto until it comes out of my ears; however this basil flavour was not just ghastly but overpowered everything else. The consistency was not all that nice either, being a bit watery. Never again.

+ PROS: According to the label it is a very healthy soup with no nasty additives. It is a nice colour in both the saucepan and bowl.
    - CONS: Unusual flavoured basil which over powers everything else (This certainly is not sweet basil and is more likely sacred basil, which is not recommended for soups). The texture was thin. There was no tomato flavour present at all. The soup left my tongue feeling slightly numb.

The concept of added health benefits is appealing, but unfortunately I did not enjoy the taste or consistency.
