Was ok, I found the size of the nuts too large and difficult to swallow first thing in the morning. I cannot see myself purchasing this cereal.

OK, but lots of ‘husk’ and dust in the package, which was not great when I have a household member allergic to nuts. Quite nice to eat otherwise.
