Really surprising! I was quite hesitant to follow the recipe on the back as (1) I have never cooked pork ribs before, and (2)… boil them? Are they out of their minds??? But.. it worked! Tasted fantastic, we were super impressed!

I was doubtful when reading the instructions that the ribs would be in the sauce long enough to get enough flavour into them, but I was wrong.

Simple and tasty! I deep fried the spareribs instead of boil it and had a better result. Add a tablespoon of honey and it more flavours. Will add chilli next time. Good dish to go with both rice and noodle.
