I used the oven and the result was great as long as the chicken is turned half way through cooking to make it crispy on both sides.

While this was a nice Chicken crumb (and easy to use) this did not taste like Japanese Karaage. If the name didn’t imply a different flavour I would have given it more stars.
+ PROS: Easy to use- love the oven option for those of us without an air fryer.
- CONS: Not enough crumb mixture to coat 500g of tenders.
