Our Monini Tomato Pesto Rosso, originating from Sicily, is made from premium ingredients with a savoury, yet mellow authentic taste and aroma. This recipe recipe contains generous levels of tomato and Olive Oil which are brought together by basil, cashew and Italian cheeses. Gluten Free. No artificial colours or flavours.
Use it as a flavour topping to elevate your sandwiches, foccacias, pizza or eggs or serve it on your grazing board as a delicious dip to snack on.

Delicious and flavourful, I stirred it through from rigatoni pasta and added some Parmesan. Loved it! I enjoyed the tomato flavour instead of the usual basil flavour. Would buy again

A convenient option for those who don’t make their own pesto. The mixture is quite loose and there’s a fair bit of oil, but I appreciate that olive oil is used rather than an inferior alternative, as well as the authenticity of the product.

Great strong flavour, the tomato pesto was a nice suprise! Don’t usually buy pesto but this was a good addition to dishes like pasta or sandwiches. Also liked that it’s in 40% olive oil and made in Italy.

I was quite impressed with this pesto. I dont normally buy tomato pesto, more likely to buy basil but these tasted really good. It added lots of flavour to my chicken pasta dish and I would buy it again. I do normally buy these type of things on sale and not at full price

Unfortunately, my jar had leaked throughout my Blackbox, and I didn’t want to risk using a jar that had been exposed to air (microbiologist here). Would have loved to have tried this as I have enjoyed their Basil pesto in the past.
