In just 20 minutes, you can create an authentic style curry in 3 simple steps.
1. Coat the chicken with the spices, and fry until sealed.
2. Add the spice paste and sizzle to release the flavour.
3. Stir in the sauce and simmer until cooked.

Very clear instructions. Souch better and gives a deeper flavour to the chicken than a jar sauce. A good quick dinner.

Frying the chicken in spices first then the spice mix created a deeper flavour than the bottled sauce. I added cream for a more buttery taste as suggested. Convenient, well packaged and delicious.

Love the taste however I do currently used the same brand in a jar of the Butter Chicken and it tasted the same with out the 3 steps.
Was happy to try it though and matched with the Basamati Rice it was a hit in my house!

Great kit! So easy and convenient. Good if you are time poor and the instructions are easy to follow. The flavour is more of a chicken curry flavour rather than a butter chicken taste.

To be honest, I would just buy the Patak’s Butter Chicken sauce in a jar already made. This pack would be good for people who like to think they’re cooking it from scratch but aren’t really either. Slightly sweet version of it, would prefer some more heat to it, which we added afterwards. But Patak’s is always usually a winner.
