Patak’s Butter Chicken Curry Kit contains 3 sachets: spices for fragrance and aroma, paste for depth of flavour, and a base sauce to finish off the curry.
In just 20 minutes, you can create an authentic style curry in 3 simple steps.
1. Coat the chicken with the spices, and fry until sealed.
2. Add the spice paste and sizzle to release the flavour.
3. Stir in the sauce and simmer until cooked.
Contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians. Mild heat level so suitable for everyone!

Family has been a fan of butter chicken. But they enjoyed the flavour of this kit. Will purchase occasionally.

This butter chicken curry sauce kit was relatively easy to prepare although there are a few more steps than the usual sauce in a jar. It had a slight kick to it but it was bearable and not too hot for me.
It had a great dark colour to it which was easily taken up by the rice.
The sauce itself was not so much a creamy butter chicken but more of a saucy one.
My partner enjoyed it and we are likely to purchase it again. All in all this curry kit had a more authentic taste to it and the extra steps certainly helped get the flavour just right.

Easy to prepare with clear instructions and a quick cook time. Very tasty and a good portion size despite the fact I bulked up the recipe with extra vegetables on top of the meat portions, and despite this, there was still enough sauce to go around.
The layering of the flavours was wonderful but the big feature was how very fast it was to prepare a meal from this kit!

Tasted authentic which is hard to get right. People who don’t like spicy food it’s great for. Quick and easy to use to make a lovely meal.

Super easy to use and tasty. Just add your choice of protein and veg. I have used other kits in the past that required you to toast/roast the spices before cooking, I love that this one skips that step and has the spices/paste ready to use straight away.
Definitely will be buying again!

Followed the instructions and made a tasty meal, unfortunately on the inner packaging there were tips to improve it i.e. add cream which we would have done as we prefer creamier sauces, but not having read the inner packaging before buying the ingredients we didn’t have any.
Also the packets were hard to open resulting in some spilt spices.
