Tilda Spicy Mexican Rice

For a vegetarian option, swap chicken for mixed beans and add salsa and guacamole before folding. Ready in 2 minutes in the microwave or 3 minutes in a pan, it’s quick and easy! Not a fan of microwave rice as I think it has a “boxy” flavour. Even though this was a bit spicy it still didn’t get rid of the package rice taste
