I want a packet mix to be quick and easy. I would happily spend 3hrs baking something from scratch but from a box is a bit ridiculous.
The baking time was insufficient but the flavours were pleasant.
Made it to the dimensions specified but it came out looking like and angry caterpillar not a pretty braid.
+ PROS: Easy instructions. Ok flavour. Easy make custard.
- CONS: Time consuming. Baking time specified not long enough.

I love at home baking, especially during lockdowns to reduce our time spent within the shops. For a lovely weekend dessert, this is delicious with double cream and vanilla ice cream, warmed slightly in the oven.
