This is quite a thick soup – I felt quite full and satisfied after one bowl. More thick than soupy. Quite flavoursome as well although I am personally not a huge fan of tumeric in my pumpkin soup. Great for a quick lunch, it heats up in 90secs! No need to hog the office microwave for too long!
