Hola! Really close to non GF pasta. Really enjoyed this one. Had it both with plain butter and garlic and also with a bolognese sauce, both were great. Will definitely buy again when cooking for GF friends.

I really enjoyed this pasta and I am hard to please when it comes to Italian food and pasta. But Barilla always offers a great off the shelf option and they didn’t disappoint with this pasta. It cooked well and was quite close to standard pasta.

I was really surprised with the taste. It doesn’t taste any different to your usual spaghetti. It did break after cooking but my kids preferred it that way.
