Great sauce, could not tell difference between gluten free and not gluten free.

This was ok but not ‘dark’ enough for my liking for regular soy sauce. I used it to make fried rice and it wasnt giving its usual caramelised brown colour to the finished rice I am used to.

According to my kids they can’t tell the difference between this gluten free soy and normal soy, so that’s a definite plus. Very tasty I We buy this for our gluten intolerant dad he loves it.
